I. Resident Classification

II. Determination of 住宅

1. 住宅. The following rules are used to determine place of 住宅:
   
   1. Every person has, in law, a 住宅.

3. Factors to be Considered in Determining 住宅

IV. Review 和 Appeal of Classification

V. Reclassification 和 Financial Independence
